     About the Listings:

These are free-style barefoot dances that offer a safe, alcohol-free and smoke-free environment, where you can express yourself with movement, or just boogie your heart out. There are also listings of related events such as contact improvisation jams, drum circles, etc.

The main dance listings are organized by country, state/province and town.

Before attending a dance for the first time, it is helpful to speak with the contact person. Whether seasonally or due to other circumstances, dances sometimes move or change their schedules.

We are interested in keeping the Dance Directory as up to date as possible. Please submit any changes to a listed dance by clicking on its "update" date on the right side of its listing.
